Terms of Service
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service are intended to regulate the terms and conditions of use, procedures, and rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users for travel-related services ("Services") provided by NewGeneration Travel ("Company").
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "Service" means all travel-related services provided by the Company.
- "User" means a customer who receives services provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms.
Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)
These Terms apply to all users who wish to use the Service. The Company may change the Terms if necessary, and the changed Terms become effective by posting on the website.
Article 4 (Provision of Services)
The Company provides the following services:
- Customized travel planning and consulting
- Tour package reservation services
- Accommodation and transportation booking agency
- Local guide services
Article 5 (Reservation and Payment)
Users can reserve and pay for services according to the procedures established by the Company. Cancellation fees may be charged according to the Company's cancellation policy if cancelled after booking confirmation.
Article 6 (Cancellation and Refund)
Cancellation and refund follow the following policy:
- Up to 7 days before tour: Full refund
- 3-6 days before tour: 50% refund
- Less than 2 days before tour: No refund
Article 7 (Disclaimer)
The Company is not responsible for cases where services cannot be provided due to force majeure such as natural disasters, war, terrorism, or government measures. In addition, the Company is not responsible for service use obstacles caused by the user's fault.
Article 8 (Dispute Resolution)
Matters not specified in these Terms or their interpretation shall follow relevant laws and commercial practices. In the event of a lawsuit arising from the use of the Service, Korean courts shall have jurisdiction.
Supplementary Provisions
These Terms are effective from January 1, 2024.
