NewGeneration Travel ("Company") processes personal information for the following purposes. The personal information being processed will not be used for purposes other than the following, and if the purpose of use changes, necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent will be implemented.
- Travel service reservation and consultation
- Customer inquiry response and service provision
- Customized service provision
2. Personal Information Items Collected
The Company collects the following personal information for service provision:
- Required: Name, email, contact number
- Optional: Travel schedule, accommodation information, special requests
3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
The Company destroys the information without delay after the purpose of collecting and using personal information has been achieved. However, if it is necessary to preserve it in accordance with the provisions of relevant laws, the Company retains personal information for a certain period as prescribed by relevant laws.
4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
The Company does not, in principle, provide users' personal information to third parties. However, the following cases are exceptions:

6. Changes to Privacy Policy
This privacy policy is effective from January 1, 2024. In case of addition, deletion, or correction of changes according to laws and policies, we will notify through announcements 7 days before the implementation of the changes.
